Cancellation Policy

 

 

1. Booking Confirmation

 

All service appointments require a £60 call-out deposit to secure the booking.

The deposit covers technician travel time, scheduling, and initial diagnostic inspection.

 

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

 

2. Customer Cancellations

 

 

Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice

 

Customers may cancel an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

 

In this case the customer may choose to:

 

  • Receive a full refund of the £60 deposit, or
  • Transfer the deposit to a new appointment date

 

Refunds will normally be processed within 5–10 working days.

 

Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice

 

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, the £60 deposit will be retained to cover lost time and scheduling costs.

 

3. Missed Appointments

 

If the technician attends the property and:

 

  • The customer is not present
  • Access to the premises is unavailable
  • The equipment cannot be accessed or inspected

 

the appointment will be considered a missed appointment, and the £60 deposit will be forfeited.

 

A new deposit will be required to book another visit.

 

4. Rescheduling Appointments

 

Customers may request to reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

 

In this case the £60 deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

 

Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit payment.

 

5. Company Cancellations

 

If we need to cancel an appointment due to:

 

  • illness
  • emergency
  • scheduling issues
  • circumstances beyond our control

 

the customer will be offered:

 

  • a full refund, or
  • a rescheduled appointment

 

6. Acceptance of Policy

 

By paying the £60 deposit, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.
